Are there any restrictions on shipping?
A

Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver certain products due to the regulation of dangerous goods. For some products we will only be able to deliver to the UK mainland. These products will always be available to collect from our stores using Click & Collect.

I haven't received an email confirmation / dispatch email?
A

Dispatch emails can sometimes end up in the wrong place. We will have sent the email/s to the email address you supplied, but they may have gone to your junk folder. Check there first, and you can, of course, add SES Autoparts to your safe senders list. I haven’t received my order.

We give you an estimated date to let you know roughly when your order will be dispatched; however, sometimes events beyond our control lead to delays.

Why is my order being sent in multiple packages?

To get your order to you as swiftly as possible, we may send your items from different locations. If this is the case, you will be notified at the time of checkout.

How do I return an item?
A

You can return an unwanted or faulty item to us. For full details, visit our returns policy here.

How long do I have to return an unwanted product?
A

Feel free to return any unwanted products to us within 30 days from the date of sale. We will happily give you a full refund or exchange as long as the product is unused.

How long will it be before I get a refund?
A

We process all refunds within 14 days of receipt of the returned items. If 14 days has already passed, please contact us so that we can investigate the matter for you. What do I do if the item delivered is not compatible with my vehicle?
A

Sometimes throughout the lifecycle of the vehicle, manufacturers upgrade and change the specification of the parts and may substitute parts where there is short supply for vehicle production. On occasion there can also be issues with cataloguing.

If the part you have ordered does not fit then please contact us to discuss the situation. We are happy to take the part back and send out a replacement as long as it is in its original packaging and in and a condition fit for resale.

What happens if I don't collect my order from store?
A

If you are not able to collect your items within 7 days from the date of order, then a full refund will be made, and the items will be returned to stock.

Why have you not refunded the original delivery charge?
A

If you no longer want or require an item, you can return it to us within 30 days of the date of delivery. We will refund the cost of the purchase but not the cost of the original delivery.

If you think the item is faulty you can always send it back to us, we will evaluate it and if found faulty, we will give you a full refund including delivery.

Do you fit parts?

Unfortunately, we do not offer a service to fit parts.

How do I check if an item is in stock?
A

Our website will indicate whether a product is in stock. On odd occasions, it can display a product as being in stock despite being sold out. When this happens, we will let you know as soon as we can.

How do I know if my order was successful?
A

Once your order has been placed, we will send you a confirmation email to the email address you have given us. If you do not receive the email, it may have gone to your junk folder, so it’s worth checking there first.

Why does more than one part come up when I enter my vehicle registration and search for a part?
A

There are several reasons as to why you may be presented with multiple options. We stock several brands that produce the same parts, some brands may even have different qualities to suit different budgets and some options may supply just the part whilst others could be a whole kit.

Will I get same price in store?
A

On occasion the price in store may differ from that online where we are unable to replicate some promotions on our online and instore systems.

Is it safe to order online?
A

We use industry standard SSL encryption and authentication to make sure all your sensitive data is kept secure and out of the wrong hands. You can read more about the safety features used by our two payment processors on their sites Braintree Payments and PayPal Express.

What is a surcharge?
A

Certain parts have a surcharge such as callipers, starter motors, alternators and injectors. A surcharge is the value the manufacturer places on the old unit for the purpose of remanufacturing or recycling. You can use the surcharge value to offset the price of the new unit when you return the old unit to us complete with all its parts, it does not have to be assembled as long as the parts are not broken - we'll then we will refund you the surcharge amount.

We accept Mastercard, VISA, Switch/Maestro, Visa Debit, Delta and Electron.

I need a safety data sheet for a product I have bought. Where can I get this from?
A

You will find that many products have the safety data sheet available as a download from the product page. Something is missing from my order, what do I do?
A

It may be that your items are being sent from distinct locations, you would have been notified of this when you checked out and in your confirmation email. If this is the case, then the remaining items should be with you soon.
